Amazing! Great sound! February 27, 2010 S. Jones (Worcestershire, UK) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I looked at so much feedback on this item before ordering it as previous items like this that my family & I have bought have been awful and a complete waste of money.
There were a few bad reviews for this item, so I looked on the internet as a whole for some expert reviews. These were really positive so I thought I'd give it a go!
I have to admit, it supassed my expectations - so easy to use & comes with every possible cradle to fit every single ipod on the market.
It 'does what it says on the tin', hit the clear scan button and it finds you the best signal to tune your radio into. It sometimes takes a while to scan, but when it gives you a frequency to tune into, the sound is pretty amazing! It does come across a lot quieter than the radio or CD so you do have to turn it up but the sound is clear and up to the standard you would expect from an ipod! I absolutely love it and I haven't used the radio or CD player since! It also charges your ipod which is a great bonus!
Just remember to turn your radio down when you turn it off otherwise when you get back into your car it will blow your ears out!
I can totally recommend this product as I have genuinely had a brilliant experience with it!
If you choose to buy it - enjoy!!!

Easy to use. Plugged in, frequency came up, selected it and played i-pod. Couldn't be simpler.
Not compatible with 5G Nano August 12, 2010 JA 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I already owned one of these for use with my 4th generation Nano - it is a good product that does exactly what you want. So I bought another transmitter as a present for my sister who had bought a new (5th generation) iPod Nano.
THIS PRODUCT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE 5TH GENERATION NANO, despite the claim that this fits "all iPods".
The problem is that the input/output socket and the headphone socket are reversed between 4G and 5G. So when you slot the Nano in the Nano cradle, the sockets do not align and the set-up is useless. None of the other cradles work either - I guess that all older iPods up to 5G are catered for but not the new 5G.
Great product for those without AUX connection to in-car radio July 24, 2010 Samb0 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This item is perfect for someone whose car does not have an AUX connection unit to the radio. It works in any car (mine is a 2003 Ford Focus) as long as it has an in-car two power port /cigar lighter fit ring and works for my I-pod nano 4th generation. I would say that it is 90-95% clear as a CD (dependant on normal conditions). Also, having it perched up high makes it easy to navigate the I-pod when driving. I have gave this 4 stars because it sometimes rattles and you have to move/twist it about to stop it rattling and I would've gave it 5 stars if the quality of it was 100% and the rattling did not occur 5-10% of the time. But all prejudice aside, if you don't want the cost of having to get someone to make a manual AUX connection to the back of your radio, this is perfect for you as it plays the music to a very satisfactory quality/standard.
Easy Music in your car from your ipod January 20, 2010 Sarah W-J (London) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Slightly doubtful that this would actually work but it's been brilliant. Simply fit the correct attachment, plug into your 12V car socket and then listen to your ipod music via your cars stereo system.
Very straight forward and easy to use.
Just disappointed that since buying it I've got an iPhone which isn't compatible...but works just fine with ipod touch and other models.
Need to have sufficient room for holder adjacent to your socket.
