The Sovos SVEBK5 is much more than other eReaders on the market. It has the ability to not only allow you to read books, but to view photos, watch movies, view photos and listen to music either via the integral speaker or a standard 3.5mm headphone jack.
Thanks to its Easy Read colour screen you will be able to enjoy full high quality colour images, movies and photos, as well as being able to have thousands of books at your fingertips.
The e-book formats supported are comprehensive; with support for the popular ePub format along with PDF, plain text, HTML, FB2, and PDB most content should be covered.
Importantly the Sovos SVEBK5 will fully support DRM locked files, which will enable you to read content purchased online.
Unlike some other models the Sovos SVEBK5 is very slim at only 10.6mm. The back is made from a single piece of aluminium which all adds up to a really well made piece of kit. Inside there is a rechargeable battery pack which provides 7 hours of Ebook playback, 5 hours video playback or 30 hours of music.
There are some really useful extra features of the Sovos eBook reader such as the inbuilt calendar and voice recorder.
The E-Reader+ includes 1GB of integral storage, plus an SD slot for expansion, and a USB port to transfer Ebooks, movies, photo's and music to the device.
The SOVOS 5" E-Reader Plus has been developed to allow the user to view both DRM protected and Non-DRM protected eBooks, watch videos, listen to music and view photos.

Just recieved my eBook reader, it is brilliant!! and excellent value for money. It has so many features such as video playback, music and a colour screen. Seriously who needs an iPad when you can get this awesome peice of kit for a fraction of the price. It is very easy to use, very slim and light and also allows you to put your own SD memory card unlike most products that come with a fixed hard drive, i personnaly used a 4 GB chip but it allows any size memory unit.

Got this reader 4 weeks ago and what a piece of kit.
Loads books in seconds and with the colour screen I can read for hours without my eyes getting tired..
I have uploaded home videos onto it and the picture and sound is amazing.
Photos are as clear as chrystal.
I found a bit of difficulty getting a case for it as I wanted to protect the screen, so using the dimensions, I went online for a comparison and I eventualy went for the leather case, with stand for the Sony PRS300 from Amazon.
It works a treat.
For the price I would advise anyone looking for an ebook reader to think about this one.

I was lucky enough to get one of these pre release. I've had it a few days so here's what I think. All round I'm really happy with it. It has a good colour screen which makes reading easy on the eyes. It's only a 5" screen but it's a tradeoff with portability and has the media player functions for music and movies.I will definately be taking this away with me on trips as it will drastically reduce packing!
One really good feature is that it is able to play DRM copyrighted e-books so I can downlaod new realeases, I don't think that all e-book readers can do this, not in this price bracket anyway.
All round I reckon this is a good value product that works well.

I was originally seduced by the JSM Touchscreen tablet with wifi, but whether the one I got was faulty or what, the ereader just refused point-blank to work so back it went.
This was second choice, and it's been a brilliant buy. It's cheaper than most other readers and yet is so much more.
It's so easy to load files ... drag and drop and they go into whichever folder they belong, be it music, books, photos or whatever. The colour screen is excellent for showing photographs. I haven't yet tried the video. That you can listen to your music whilst reading or viewing photos is an added bonus and will save me carting around 2 devices wherever I go.
It's a perfect size for being in a pocket or bag, and even comes with a protective cover, so no added expense there.
I can't really find any fault with this ... I suppose it would have been nice to have a white one instead of boring black, but now I'm being picky!! :-)

Just received mine, great bit of kit and came with battery powered so I could use immediately- really impressed.
Screen is clear and I was surprised that its really easy to use.
I downloaded 20 or 30 free books and simply dragged and dropped them from my PC to the ereader without any problem.
One thing I will say is that its a bit thinner than I thought, which was nice!
